Job Description
The Assembler is responsible for assembling membrane switches, panels, windows, and other hand-assembled components according to job specifications outlined in the job bag. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards to ensure high-quality finished products.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Read and interpret job bags to follow assembly specifications.
- Learn and apply production processes relevant to the department.
- Follow written procedures and complete daily production records as required.
- Adhere to and uphold quality control standards throughout the assembly process.
- Maintain both quality and production efficiency.
- Inspect, pre-mask, and bundle parts for assembly.
- Assemble and test membrane switches to ensure functionality.
- Apply overlays to assembled switches.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities but is expected to adhere to and promote company policies, safety regulations, and conduct standards.

Skills & Abilities- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in assembly.
- Demonstrated initiative and teamwork skills.
- Ability to use crimpers and other small hand tools required for assembly.
- Understanding of and ability to exceed customer expectations.
- Basic reading, math, and computer skills required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One to three months of related experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have good judgment of color, design, and print quality.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but straightforward written or oral instructions.
- Ability to solve basic problems involving standard production variables.

This is a full-time Monday-Friday 7am to 3:30pm position that requires reliable transportation and good attendance practices.
