Join our dynamic marketing team as a Social Media Content Creative strategist and become an integral part of our mission to elevate our brand's presence across social platforms. In this role, you will leverage your creativity and strategic thinking to lead the development and execution of comprehensive social media campaigns that align with our enterprise priorities and marketing objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to develop content that encompass all platforms, providing valuable feedback and ensuring that both paid and organic best practices are integrated throughout each campaign.

Responsibilities
  • Operates as the general leader of all campaign social creative development across all social platforms.
  • Works cross-functionally to determine campaigns’ creative social media needs.
  • Leads the social media creative review process by:
    • Providing creative feedback and guidance to all internal and external creative partners, keeping the work on strategy and creatively inspired.
    • Ensuring appropriate State Farm audiences review materials—briefs, concepts, works in progress, and final deliverables—at the right time.
  • Publishes approved content across all social platforms.
  • Remains current on social media trends and new/emerging platform updates and brings forward opportunities for innovation.
  • Identifies appropriate stakeholders and works collaboratively to encourage diverse perspectives.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required.
  • A minimum of 5 years Agency and/or client-side experience managing creative development.
  • Deep understanding of existing and emerging platforms and the ability to develop content that resonates in-feed.
  • Demonstrated history of developing comprehensive social media content plans (including paid) across multiple platforms, accounts and stakeholders.
  • Strong eye for quality and alignment to brand voice
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback on content and campaigns
  • Experience collaborating and effectively managing numerous internal and external stakeholder groups related to creative development.
  • Experience working with talent, including influencers and celebrities.
  • Strong ability to influence and build relationships, internally and externally.
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize & multi-task under shifting deadlines and needs within a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a matrix environment.
  • Experience in Sports Marketing and social media creation.
  • Experience working with Social Media tools i.e. Sprout, Opal, Hootsuite.
  • Photography, video-editing, and motion graphics experience is a plus.

  • Responsible for the handling and maintenance of confidential and highly sensitive information

  • Potential starting salary range: $80,600 - $105,000
    • Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
    • High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience

Salary range: $88,660 - $115,500
