- Perform critical path analysis, identify programme risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to maintain project delivery milestones.
- Review contractor programmes for logic, sequencing, resource loading, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Monitor project progress against schedule, analysing variances and preparing regular reports for project leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate planning activities across multiple disciplines including Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA), Mechanical, Electrical, ICT, and Commissioning teams.
- Support project controls activities including earned value analysis, schedule performance reporting, and forecasting.
- Facilitate planning and coordination meetings, ensuring programme alignment across all project stakeholders.
- Promote best practice planning methodologies, continuous improvement, and accurate project reporting throughout the delivery process.
Qualifications
- 6+ years' experience in project planning or scheduling within large-scale construction, infrastructure, mission-critical, or data centre projects.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 is essential.
- Experience using planning and project controls software such as Microsoft Project, Power BI, or similar reporting tools would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, commissioning activities, and integrated project delivery methodologies.
- Proven experience developing and managing complex project schedules across multiple contractors and disciplines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify programme risks, drive schedule improvements, and support informed project decision-making.
