We are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our company in Strood, Rochester, working closely with our freight partners. This is pure trunking with light weight load, drivers are notrequired to load/unload.

Truck Driver Job Details:

• Full /part time work, immediately start, fixed term peak time cover, can be considered to permanent position for suitable candidates.
• The operation is 24/7 and covers days and nights, weekends and bank holidays
• Afternoon and night shifts available
• Shift length: from 7-12 hours vary
• 4-6 shifts in 7 days
• As a Class 1 driver you will be trunking between varied UK distribution centres
• You will be expected to interact in a positive and professional manner and value customer service

• Requirements:
• Hold a valid C+E license, Driver CPC Card (or DQC Card) and Digi tacho card.
• Understand and comply with tachograph and drivers hours regulations.
• Minimum of two years LGV class one driving experience on UK roads
• Good level of spoken English is required
• No more than six penalty points on your license (as well as no DD, DR or IN endorsements)
• Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
• Contract length: 3 months
• Pay: 850.00-950.00 per week
