What You Will Do:
Position Overview:
The Sales Operations Administrator is a key operational role responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of sales processes, systems, and reporting that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. This individual will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teams to streamline operations, improve pipeline visibility, and enable consistent, scalable go-to-market execution across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a passion for operational excellence in a fast-growing B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Sales Tools Management: Own the administration, optimization, and day-to-day management of the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, user adoption, and continuous improvement of workflows and automations.Sales Process Support: Assist in the development and implementation of standardized sales processes and best practices that support the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to deal closure and handoff to Delivery.Performance Reporting: Generate and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and reports to provide sales and leadership teams with visibility into KPIs, pipeline health, win/loss trends, and productivity metrics.Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure sales teams have access to up-to-date collateral, pitch decks, case studies, and proposal templates; assist with onboarding and ongoing training.Quote-to-Cash Coordination: Support quote generation, pricing approvals, and contract workflows; coordinate with Finance to ensure clean handoff for invoicing and revenue recognition.Territory & Account Management: Help manage territory assignments, account segmentation, and alignment of reps to opportunities, ensuring balanced workload and focus on priority accounts.Technology Evaluation & Implementation: Support the evaluation and rollout of new tools or enhancements that improve sales productivity, automation, and data insights.Sales Meeting & Planning Support: Coordinate sales meetings, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and other planning sessions, including preparation of materials and tracking of follow-up actions.What You Will Bring:
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales operations, revenue operations, project management, or business operations role within a B2B organization, preferably in technology, SaaS, or consulting services.Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), sales analytics tools, and productivity applications (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, BI dashboards).Industry Knowledge: Exposure to Intelligent Automation, AI, RPA, or related enterprise technology services is a plus but not needed.Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities; able to turn insights into operational improvements.Process Orientation: Highly organized with a focus on continuous improvement, process efficiency, and cross-team alignment.Communication: Clear communicator who can work effectively with cross-functional teams and present data and recommendations to stakeholders.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Why Ashling PartnersAt Ashling Partners, we strive to provide meaningful work in a positive, appreciative and fun culture for our own team.
