Job Description
Our renowned client in the petroleum industry is looking for a logistics and customer service clerk to support their distribution operations. If you have a basic knowledge of logistics, have knowledge in SAP and are able to work in fast paced environment, this opportunity is for you!
Job Responsibilities:
Puerto Rico
•Optimize, organize and improve customer service
•Check deposits when necessary
•Order entries in SAP for fuels & lubes
•Export orders from TWOS to SAP
•Prepare & send fuel and lubes file.
•Create credits & debits in the dedicated platform
•Creation of Purchase Requisitions
•Invoicing of fuel and lubes orders
•Scan invoices to upload to the DocOnline platform.
•Keep the inventory of spare equipment up to date (hoses, fire extinguishers, …)
•Direct communication with Carriers and Drivers
•Organize, control & implement improvements for warehouse operations
•Assist in reconciliation of all terminals.
•End of month reconciliation & closing
•Perform Safe to Load inspections on a weekly basis to ensure that all trucks and tanks are safe to continue dispatching.
•KPI control and action plan
•Back up to Fleet and Client Services Coordinator in case of emergency, vacations or any other event that requires assistance .
•Direct support to Logistic Manager
USVI
•Invoicing of service stations
•Invoicing of product sales
Job Requirements:
•High-school graduate, or preferably university graduate and experience in Operations.
•Spanish mother tongue, good command of English, written and spoken.
•Displays a basic understanding of logistics, the Supply-Chain and SAP
•Fluent in MS Office.
•SAP Knowledge
•Rigor, high standards of integrity, resistance to stress and the ability to anticipate and react quickly.
•Organization and business relational skills.
•High standards as regards integrity: zero tolerance to any form of corruption
Compensation:
• $15.00ph
•Sick days (subject to law regulations)
• Christmas bonus (subject to law regulations)
This is a temporary contract.
