This role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, client management, and revenue cycle optimization, supporting hospital and health system partners in improving financial and operational performance. You will oversee client engagements end-to-end, acting as the primary point of contact while ensuring delivery quality, process improvement, and performance alignment across teams. The position requires strong leadership to guide analysts and operational staff, set priorities, and maintain execution across multiple client portfolios. You will also contribute to strategy development, pilot initiatives, and workflow optimization to improve revenue cycle efficiency. Working in a highly data-driven and fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges in healthcare while leading teams and client relationships.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will manage client revenue cycle operations, ensure service quality, and drive continuous improvement across processes, teams, and engagement outcomes.

  • Oversee a portfolio of client engagements and serve as the primary point of contact for operational and reporting needs
  • Lead day-to-day team management, task prioritization, and performance alignment across revenue cycle workflows
  • Develop and execute process improvement strategies, including pilot initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability
  • Set team goals, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolution of operational and client-related issues
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure accuracy of audits, reporting, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project updates, insights, and recommendations
  • Manage client relationships and support effective communication across all levels of engagement
  • Utilize revenue cycle systems and client platforms to manage data, workflows, and reporting activities
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to improve service delivery and operational consistency
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong revenue cycle expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to operate effectively in analytical and client-facing healthcare environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree required with demonstrated academic achievement
  • 2–5 years of revenue cycle management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
  • Experience working with Epic or similar healthcare systems
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations and healthcare financial workflows
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage change and support teams through process transitions
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data and complex workflows
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Access, SQL, or similar tools is a plus
  • High level of motivation, adaptability, and willingness to work in detail-oriented environments
