This role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, facilities management, and strategic consulting, supporting large-scale construction and infrastructure initiatives for healthcare organizations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, to optimize design, procurement, and construction processes that directly impact financial performance and operational efficiency. The position involves managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects that span planning, design, execution, and closeout phases. You will play a key role in identifying cost savings opportunities, improving supplier relationships, and driving compliance with contract portfolios. Operating within a collaborative consulting environment, you will also contribute to solution development and client advisory work. This is a highly visible role requiring strong analytical thinking, project leadership, and the ability to influence decisions across technical and executive audiences.

Accountabilities:
  • Support the growth and performance of the Facilities Management Optimization Solution by contributing to consulting engagements and client value delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare members and stakeholders, including executives, supply chain leaders, facilities teams, and construction partners.
  • Lead or contribute to multiple concurrent projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of initiatives across facilities and construction programs.
  • Analyze construction, procurement, and vendor data to identify savings opportunities, performance improvements, and compliance risks.
  • Develop and manage project work plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide regular status updates to client leadership.
  • Review contracts, bids, and construction documentation to ensure compliance with specifications, labor standards, and procurement requirements.
  • Prepare RFPs, bid analyses, and financial evaluations, presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify regional aggregation and sourcing opportunities and support negotiation of vendor agreements aligned with client objectives.
  • Contribute to solution development, proposal support, and business development efforts as needed.
  • Maintain strong delivery performance with a focus on client satisfaction, high-quality execution, and identification of follow-on opportunities.
Requirements:

This role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, construction, equipment operations, or related consulting environments. Strong knowledge of healthcare infrastructure, procurement, or supply chain processes is highly valuable. Candidates should demonstrate a blend of technical, analytical, and client-facing capabilities, with experience in managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders.

  • Background in facilities management, architectural/engineering/construction, or medical equipment procurement and logistics.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience working with healthcare supply chain or procurement environments is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, client-driven settings.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior leadership.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to client sites as required.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $88,900 – $155,500 annually
  • Incentive/bonus eligibility based on performance
  • Comprehensive employee benefits package (health, dental, vision, and wellness coverage)
  • Professional development and continuous learning opportunities
  • Exposure to high-impact healthcare consulting projects
  • Collaborative and inclusive work environment
  • Opportunities for career growth within consulting and healthcare strategy
  • Travel opportunities tied to client engagement and project delivery
