Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a GTM Engineer in United States. The role is with Juniper Square.
This is a highly technical, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of revenue operations, AI engineering, and go-to-market systems. You will be responsible for building and operationalizing AI-powered agents and automation systems that fundamentally transform how revenue teams operate. The role focuses on translating complex GTM processes into scalable technical solutions that reduce manual work, improve data quality, and accelerate sales execution. You will work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to design systems that power deal intelligence, forecasting, coaching, and opportunity management. A key part of the role involves architecting data flows and integrations across core tools such as Salesforce, Clay, and Gong. This is a fast-evolving, high-ownership environment where you will help define how AI-native GTM systems are built and scaled.
- Design and build AI-powered GTM agents that automate deal intelligence, forecasting support, rep coaching, and opportunity scoring across the sales lifecycle.
- Translate go-to-market processes into scalable technical systems, bridging business needs with engineering execution.
- Architect and maintain GTM data infrastructure, including pipelines, folder structures, and structured data flows by account, deal, and sales context.
- Build and maintain integrations across core GTM systems such as Salesforce, Clay, and Gong.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation initiatives that improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Develop reusable AI workflows and agents that enable self-serve reporting, QBR generation, and deal review processes.
- Define governance, security, and access frameworks for GTM data across systems, ensuring scalability and compliance.
- 4+ years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue operations systems, sales engineering, or similar technical roles.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agent frameworks, with production-level implementations rather than experimental use cases.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including data modeling, APIs, reporting, and permissions management.
- Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment and workflow automation tools.
- Proven ability to translate business processes into scalable technical systems with minimal guidance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and document solutions clearly.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with broad ownership and shifting priorities.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $115,000 to $150,000 USD, plus equity compensation.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
- Mental health support, fertility benefits, and family-building assistance programs.
- Flexible time off policy in addition to company-paid holidays.
- Paid family leave, medical leave, and bereavement support.
- Retirement savings plans and financial well-being benefits.
- Annual professional development stipend and home office/technology allowance.
- Remote-first environment with global collaboration across distributed teams.
