- Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Here's What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2 years Front Office Experience in a Clinic Setting (required) or
- 2 years Back Office Experience in a Clinic Setting (required)
- Cardiac or Vascular Specialty Clinic experience (preferred)
- Bilingual in English / Spanish (preferred)
- A bility to perform multiple tasks in one setting
- A bility to work both independently and as a team
- Effectively communicate with staff, patients, vendors and other contacts
- Provide positive, professional customer service to patients, staff, and visitor
- Maintain patient confidentiality while handling all patient personal health information and records
- Demonstrate working knowledge of health care administration concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
- Be a team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
What You Will Do
- Delivers care to patients utilizing the Medical Office Lead Process
- Manages clinic staff on day-to-day operation.
- Assists in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues.
- Efficiently directs patient flow throughout the clinic.
- Coordinates general front office activities including, but not limited to registration, TOS collections, verification of benefits, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations and other related duties.
- Assists the Practice Manager with ensuring appropriate staffing coverage at all times, new hire or reoccurring training processes, and with facilitating training of new hires and other training initiatives.
- Provides direction and support to clinical staff as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
