Summary
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team at Palm Beach Orthopaedic Institute. In this role, you will provide exceptional rehabilitation services to patients of all ages, contributing to their recovery and overall well-being. This position is pivotal in enhancing our patients' quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities
- Administer therapeutic exercises and evidence-based modalities to promote recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans with a Physical Therapist as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home care strategies.
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care for a variety of orthopedic conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant License
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physical therapy practices.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred but not required.
