Patient Support Specialist

Be an Important Part of the Patient Care Team.

As a Patient Support Specialist, you'll provide essential support to patients and the clinical team while helping create a safe, comfortable, and positive hospital experience.

What You'll Do

• Assist patients with comfort and daily needs.
• Support patient mobility and safe transfers.
• Assist with meals and other patient needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
• Provide support to nurses and other members of the care team.
• Observe patients and communicate concerns appropriately.
• Help maintain supplies and equipment.
• Interact professionally and compassionately with patients and families.
• Follow established safety and patient-care procedures.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred/required.
• Healthcare, hospitality, customer service, or patient-care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable and team-oriented.
• Compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay & Benefits

$16.00 - $23.00 | Differentials for PMs, Nights & Weekend

Pay is based on experience.
