Schneider is seeking a Operations Specialist in Charlotte to provide support to a divisional office, terminal or customer account. The Operations Specialist will monitor customer systems, complete administrative processes and work with company drivers to achieve customer satisfaction and goals.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to driver phone calls.
- Track and report out late loads.
- Resolve overdue shipment related issues.
- Complete a variety of projects with other associates.
- Provide input and feedback to operations leaders.
Skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong customer service skills.
