Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 6:45 AM – 7: PM

Payday: Fridays

Job Overview

XL Pro Staffing is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will safely operate forklifts, move materials throughout the facility, and assist with production and shipping needs while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Job Duties

1. Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
2. Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
3. Supply production lines with materials as needed
4. Perform routine equipment inspections
5. Follow all safety procedures and company policies
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area
7. Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory as assigned
8. Report equipment issues or safety concerns to the supervisor
