Captain | Pilot in Command (PIC)- ANC Based
EEA (Executive Express Aviation)

Qualifications
• Holds commercial license with 3000 flight hours | ATP preferred.
• Prior 121 or 135 PIC experience.
• Meets 135.243 PIC requirements.
• First class medical.
• Able to pass full DOT background checks and initial and random drug screens.
• Physical ability to perform all job duties.

Duties and Responsibilities
These shall include, but are not limited to the following:
• The captain establishes and maintains a professional and business-like environment on the flight deck that is conducive to the safe and efficient conduct of the flight.
• The captain is responsible for compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements, and Company policies and procedures.
• The captain is ultimately responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft and will ensure the aircraft is airworthy and loaded according to all applicable programs and procedures.
• The captain is familiar with the route and terminal areas, and ensures the flight is safely and legally dispatched. Other responsibilities include completion of all forms and checklists.
• The captain is, during flight time, in command of the aircraft and Crew and is responsible for the safety of the passengers, crewmembers, cargo, and aircraft.
• The captain has full control and authority in the operation of the aircraft, without limitation, over other crewmembers and their duties during flight time, whether or not they hold valid certificates authorizing them to perform the duties of those crewmembers.
• The captain operates assigned flights after determining airworthiness of the aircraft and reviewing all current factors such as weather, field conditions, navigational aids, etc., relative to the safe operation of his flights.
• Ensuring accurate completion of all Company and FAA required forms incidental to these flights.
• Ensuring compliance with all Company procedures and FAA regulations relative to the conduct of the flights.
• Responsible for the supervision and enroute performance of other crewmembers assigned to their aircraft.
• Supervising the orderly and efficient handling of passengers, especially at those locations where ground personnel are not present or available for such assistance.
• Remaining alert in regard to the safe and timely conduct of their scheduled flights and will take action to overcome obstacles to on time operations wherever it is within their authority to do so.
• Advising SOC, in a timely manner, of any situation that could affect the flight schedule. SOC will then arrange for any necessary diversion, cancellation, rerouting or rescheduling of aircraft and will notify the affected Flight Crews who will be expected to comply.
