Position Objective: | Responsible for providing a professional and efficient reception experience for drivers and visitors at the facility, while supporting the Customs department with the preparation and processing of In-Bond entries (Form 7512). | ||
Position Requirements | |||
Education: | High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required. | ||
Experience: | 3 years | Language -English Verbal: | Advanced |

Job Responsibility Description | |||
Main Activities | |||
1 | Greet and check in drivers, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. | ||
2 | Verify driver documentation (ID, license, carrier paperwork) and ensure proper sign-in procedures are followed. | ||
3 | Coordinate with yard/operations personnel to communicate driver arrivals and facilitate timely dispatch. | ||
4 | Maintain visitor/driver logs (IReceptionist) and ensure accurate recordkeeping of daily traffic. | ||
5 | Keep the front desk/reception area organized and presentable. | ||
6 | Assist in the preparation and processing of In-Bond entries (Form 7512) under the guidance of the Customs department. | ||
7 | Gather, organize, and verify supporting documentation needed for customs entries. | ||
8 | Maintain organized digital and physical files of customs documentation for audit readiness. | ||
9 | Escalate discrepancies or compliance concerns to the Customs Coordinator in a timely manner. |
