This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a EXECUTIVO DE VENDAS KEY ACCOUNT (CASH) based in Brazil.

You will join a dynamic commercial team focused on managing and expanding strategic relationships within the cash & carry and wholesale retail channel. In this role, you will act as a key driver of revenue growth by strengthening partnerships with major accounts, ensuring product visibility, and supporting the successful execution of commercial strategies in the field. You will work closely with clients in a fast-paced retail environment, identifying opportunities to introduce new products and optimize sell-out performance. The position requires strong market awareness, proactive field engagement, and the ability to translate commercial objectives into concrete results. You will also collaborate internally to ensure alignment between sales execution, promotional initiatives, and supply performance. This is a highly relational and results-driven role, ideal for someone who thrives in customer-facing environments and understands the dynamics of large retail networks.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage and develop relationships within the cash & carry channel, ensuring strong commercial presence and achievement of sales targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits to strengthen client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Introduce new product launches into the market, ensuring proper visibility and adoption at point of sale.
  • Execute and monitor promotional actions aimed at increasing sell-out and optimizing product rotation.
  • Track deliveries and order flow using internal systems to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Support sales planning activities by contributing with market insights and execution follow-up.
  • Prepare Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations to support commercial analysis and performance tracking.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales roles within the cash & carry or wholesale retail channel (e.g., Assaí, Atacadão, and similar networks in São Paulo and surrounding regions).
  • Strong network and established relationships within the retail and wholesale market.
  • Deep knowledge of the São Paulo region and its commercial dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and internal reporting.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for commercial analysis and presentations.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and field sales capabilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
