Job Description

Architect / Technical Lead Salesforce

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Architect / Technical Lead – Salesforce based in the United States.

This is a senior-level architecture and technical leadership role focused on delivering a large-scale Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM) implementation for consumer goods partner brands. The position plays a critical role in designing and guiding the end-to-end solution architecture that connects Salesforce with a complex ecosystem of enterprise platforms and external systems. You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and implementation teams, ensuring that functional needs are translated into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. The environment is highly collaborative and global, requiring strong coordination across multiple technical and business domains. A significant part of the role involves shaping integration strategies, particularly around APIs and cross-platform data flows. This is a hands-on leadership position where architectural oversight, governance, and communication are equally important to execution. The role is fully remote and involves working within a fast-paced, enterprise-scale transformation program.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and maintain the end-to-end Salesforce TPM solution architecture in alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs and actionable implementation roadmaps.
  • Lead the design and oversight of complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as SAP S/4, Anaplan, Tibco EBX, GCP, Azure, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Drive API strategy and ensure secure, scalable, and well-governed REST API-based integrations across the ecosystem.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and implementation teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Provide architectural governance and technical oversight to ensure performance, security, scalability, and delivery quality.
  • Support workshops and collaborative sessions to refine requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Strong Salesforce architecture expertise, with deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
  • Proven experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce environments with high-volume data integration and multiple external system dependencies.
  • Hands-on expertise in API management and REST-based integrations within enterprise architectures.
  • Mandatory experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud and Trade Promotion Management (TPM) solutions.
  • Prior experience in trade promotion marketing tools or within the consumer goods, beauty, or wholesale distribution industry.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) for global collaboration.
  • Experience working in architecture or technical leadership roles within large-scale transformation programs.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with senior technical leadership roles.
  • Fully remote work setup within the United States.
  • Opportunity to lead a high-impact Salesforce TPM transformation program at enterprise scale.
  • Exposure to a complex, global technology ecosystem integrating leading enterprise platforms.
  • Collaboration with international teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Access to challenging architecture work involving cutting-edge Salesforce and integration technologies.
  • Professional growth opportunities within large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Flexible work arrangements supporting autonomy and work-life balance.
