Accountabilities:

  • Track and manage privacy events from intake to closure, including monitoring shared mailboxes, initial assessments, follow-ups, and documentation of outcomes.
  • Identify privacy risks, support triage activities, and contribute to mitigation tracking and trend analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and status updates to support reporting, audits, and inspection readiness.
  • Support Quality Risk Management activities, including documentation, governance preparation, and coordination of review materials.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint-based resources, including process documentation, FAQs, templates, and operational guidance materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of processes, content accuracy, and usability of shared resources.
  • Use systems such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office tools to support documentation control and operational tracking.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings experience in regulated environments with strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills, along with a high level of attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.

  • 2–4 years of experience in quality, compliance, privacy, clinical operations, or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and global privacy principles (pharmaceutical or R&D experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing documentation, workflows, or operational tracking systems.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and support structured problem-solving in process-driven environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to manage sensitive data appropriately.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly compensation ($35–$42/hr)
  • Opportunity to work in a highly regulated, mission-driven R&D quality environment
  • Exposure to global privacy, governance, and risk management processes
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams in a structured enterprise setting
  • Professional experience in SharePoint development and knowledge management systems
  • Potential for extension depending on performance and business needs
  • Standard benefits as provided through the staffing partner (details shared upon offer)
