This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SAP Senior Consultant based in India.
This is a senior-level consulting role focused on delivering end-to-end SAP Business One solutions that support customers in optimizing and transforming their business operations. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through discovery, solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP systems. The role requires a strong blend of functional expertise and technical capability, with hands-on involvement across multiple full-cycle implementations. You will collaborate closely with global stakeholders, ensuring solutions are aligned with business needs, scalable architectures, and industry best practices. In addition to delivery responsibilities, you will play a key role in mentoring junior consultants and supporting knowledge sharing within the team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges through ERP solutions.
- Lead the analysis and clarification of customer business requirements, translating them into effective SAP Business One solutions across functional and technical areas.
- Act as a subject matter expert on SAP Business One core modules and add-ons, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.
- Conduct detailed gap analysis between business needs and system capabilities, proposing optimized solutions and process improvements.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery outcomes.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and issue resolution while providing clear and consistent progress updates.
- Participate in solution design, system architecture discussions, and complex troubleshooting activities.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to capability building within project teams.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP Business One consulting and support roles.
- Proven track record of participation in at least 5 full-cycle SAP Business One implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in SAP Business One core modules and related add-ons.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server or SAP HANA, including Crystal Reports development.
- Solid understanding of business process analysis, functional design, and solution architecture.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with global clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring abilities, and experience working in multicultural environments.
