Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- 1+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
- Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention
- Yardi experience is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a soft credit review
Compensation and Benefits Available:
- $19-$22 an hour
- Excellent Commission potential! Up to $100/Renewal and up to $100/Rental!
- Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise up to 5%, every year

- 401kplanning with up to a $4,000 annual match

- Paid Time Off, 1stYear = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours

- Paid additional training/school and tuition reimbursement program
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM to 6 PM (Alternating Saturdays 10 AM - 3 PM)
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and a credit review.
