  • Design and implement user interfaces and front-end components using HTML5.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development processes.
  • Design and enhance SQL Server-based solutions, including T-SQL queries, stored procedures, data models, schema changes, and performance-focused database logic.
  • Develop and support automation workflows using SQL Agent jobs, scheduled/batch processes, event-driven automation, scripting, and process orchestration across systems.
  • Build, consume, and troubleshoot REST API integrations using JSON/XML data handling, secure authentication patterns, and integration best practices.
  • Support messaging, voice, IVR, webhook, and alerting integrations using platforms such as Twilio where applicable to improve notification reliability and operational response.
  • Contribute to intelligent automation initiatives, including AI-assisted workflow enhancement, alert enrichment, knowledge retrieval, ticket classification, and human-in-the-loop operational decision support.
  • Partner with monitoring operations and application teams to improve alarm/event lifecycle workflows, incident escalation automation, platform stability, and operator efficiency.
