Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Director of Commercial Services in Mexico City to provide leadership to Mexico operations teams, including customer service, new business start-ups and revenue generation. The Director of Commercial Services will develop business goals and ensure strategies are in place to meet the goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of commercial services associates.
• Monitor key business metrics to drive effective, low-cost execution results while providing best in class service to customers.
• Work with other leaders to create strategically aligned market plans.
• Review market conditions and performance and adjust plans accordingly.
• Be a leader through giving feedback, communicating issues and providing coaching.
• Provide career growth opportunities to associates.
• Balance account relationships and internal capabilities to improve asset utilization and the client experience.

Skills and qualifications:

• Master's degree in business administration, sales or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Proven sales skills.
