Solutions Advisor

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Virtual Solutions Advisor based in Canada.

This customer-focused role offers the opportunity to help clients achieve their financial goals by providing personalized guidance and effective solutions.
You will support customers through meaningful conversations, identify their needs, and recommend products and services that create value.
The position combines relationship building, problem-solving, and digital banking expertise within a collaborative environment.
You will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the success of a leading financial services organization.
Working with multiple systems and resources, you will develop your ability to handle diverse customer situations efficiently.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage inbound customer and branch calls, providing accurate information and personalized support to meet client needs.
  • Use knowledge of products and services to recommend suitable solutions and help customers make informed financial decisions.
  • Identify customer needs, address inquiries, and provide guidance by navigating multiple internal systems and digital resources.
  • Resolve customer concerns, handle complaints professionally, and assist with basic troubleshooting or account setup processes.
  • Deliver a personalized and positive customer experience while strengthening trust and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer interactions and contribute to service excellence.
  • Represent the organization professionally by demonstrating strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, client support, sales, banking, or another customer-focused environment.
  • High school diploma or recognized equivalent required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships over the phone.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others and finding effective solutions.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple computer systems and digital platforms while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-directed and performance-focused approach with the ability to manage customer requests efficiently.
  • Strong curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new products, processes, and technologies.
  • Comfortable working flexible schedules, including availability during extended operating hours and weekends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with access to a suitable private workspace when working remotely.
