Partnerships Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partnerships Lead based in United States.

This role focuses on building strategic relationships that drive growth across the influencer marketing and digital advertising ecosystem.
The Partnerships Lead will develop opportunities with brands and agencies, transforming creative concepts into impactful business partnerships.
You will work closely with commercial and leadership teams to expand market presence and create new revenue opportunities.
The position requires a blend of relationship management, sales expertise, cultural awareness, and strategic thinking.
You will engage with leading brands across industries such as beauty, fashion, technology, wellness, food, and lifestyle.

Accountabilities:

The Partnerships Lead will be responsible for expanding the organization’s commercial footprint by developing strong client relationships, creating partnership opportunities, and supporting revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s market position, capabilities, partnerships, previous successes, and commercial strategy.
  • Build and nurture relationships with approved brands, agencies, and potential partners to generate qualified business opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for new partnerships and drive conversations that lead to meetings, proposals, and revenue-generating engagements.
  • Create compelling meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and partnership strategies in collaboration with internal leadership teams.
  • Coordinate brainstorming sessions, client discussions, and follow-up activities to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
  • Manage responses to RFIs, RFPs, and proactive proposals while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with brand partnerships and customer success teams to identify expansion opportunities, renewals, and additional investments.
  • Participate in sales meetings, track outreach activities, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Consistently achieve outreach, meeting, and pipeline development goals.
  • Represent company values through professional communication, strong follow-through, and a relationship-first approach.
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining organization, attention to detail, and momentum throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven partnerships professional with experience in advertising, media, influencer marketing, or business development. They should have strong industry relationships, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate creative ideas into measurable business opportunities.

  • 5–7+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, advertising, media, marketing, or related industries.
  • Experience working with digital publishers, social platforms, talent agencies, influencer marketing companies, or creative agencies is preferred.
  • Existing relationships with brand and agency clients across relevant industries.
  • Experience supporting partnerships within categories such as beauty, fashion, retail, restaurants, wellness, media, or technology is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, social platforms, emerging technologies, and cultural trends.
  • Ability to develop strategic partnership approaches and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to create clear, compelling sales materials.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, opportunities, and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working toward measurable goals.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM systems.
