Hourly | $20.51 - $25.00

About this Opportunity:
The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and distribution of materials, products, and inventory within a warehouse building or manufacturing facility. This role supports production and shipping operations by ensuring materials are accurately received, organized, and delivered to the appropriate locations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to the warehouse.
- Move materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other equipment.
- Store inventory in designated locations according to company procedures.
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production or shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting activities.
- Ensure materials are properly labeled and organized.
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work environment. (5S principals)
- Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- And all other duties assigned to you by your supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification may be required).
- Basic computer and inventory management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to work in warehouse or manufacturing environments (outside) with varying temperatures (40-115 degrees).
