Benefits Administration Platform SME (Benefitfocus / Empyrean) in Seattle, Washington at INFO ORIGIN INC

• 10+ years of experience in Benefits Administration platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Benefitfocus or Empyrean.
• Configure employee benefit plans, eligibility rules, rates, coverage levels, and enrollment settings.
• Manage inbound and outbound file feeds, EDI, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Support benefits platform implementations, enhancements, testing, and production activities.
• Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into platform configurations.
• Work with business stakeholders, implementation teams, and technical resources.
• Create and maintain configuration and process documentation.
• Strong understanding of Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Voluntary benefit plans.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.
