A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). CNAs support patient safety, comfort, and well-being by assisting with personal care, monitoring patient conditions, documenting care activities, and communicating changes in patient status to the nursing team. They play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality patient-centered care
