Revenue Operations Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Coordinator based in India.

This role supports the Revenue Operations function by transforming business data into actionable insights that drive smarter revenue decisions.
You will contribute to sales performance reporting, forecasting, compensation processes, and operational improvements across a global environment.

Accountabilities:

The Revenue Operations Coordinator will support business growth initiatives by delivering accurate reporting, maintaining operational processes, and providing insights that enable effective decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

  • Produce and maintain weekly sales performance reports, tracking progress against revenue and growth KPIs.
  • Analyze performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across dashboards, reports, and business systems.
  • Develop recurring and ad hoc reports using tools such as Excel and Salesforce to support business needs.
  • Create dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions that simplify complex data and improve visibility.
  • Support sales compensation administration, including calculations, validation, reporting, and process coordination.
  • Assist with annual and quarterly planning activities, including forecasting, territory planning, quota setting, and revenue modeling.
  • Maintain data quality within Salesforce and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
  • Document reporting processes, methodologies, and operational procedures to improve scalability.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to address reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills and experience supporting business operations in a fast-paced environment. Required qualifications and skills include:

  • 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, finance, reporting, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
  • Availability to work on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, and COUNTIF functions.
  • Basic experience using Salesforce for report creation, dashboard management, and data uploads.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business data and translate findings into meaningful reports and recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
