The Senior Fullstack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions across backend and frontend systems. The role requires strong technical ownership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering reliable, secure, and user-focused applications.

• Design and develop scalable backend services, APIs, infrastructure components, and frontend applications that support enterprise digital platforms.
• Build and maintain applications using modern technologies including TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud-based environments.
• Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs, business logic, database structures, and responsive user interfaces in collaboration with product and design teams.
• Contribute to secure engineering practices aligned with healthcare technology standards, including HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST compliance requirements.
• Manage and improve deployments, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD workflows using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and related technologies.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability, scalability, and observability across systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code supported by unit and integration testing practices.
• Collaborate within agile development cycles using project management and collaboration tools to deliver high-quality features.
• Partner with engineering and business teams to identify technical improvements and implement effective solutions.
• Adapt between backend-focused and frontend-focused responsibilities as project priorities evolve.

The ideal candidate is an experienced fullstack engineer with strong software development expertise, cloud knowledge, and the ability to contribute effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. They should have experience building SaaS or healthcare technology solutions and be comfortable working across multiple layers of modern applications.

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack software development, preferably within SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise platforms.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript, with experience building modern frontend applications.
• Hands-on experience developing and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js and familiarity with microservices architectures.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and relational database modeling.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Experience with Docker, GitHub workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of software security best practices and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST.
• Ability to write high-quality, maintainable code with strong testing and documentation practices.
• Experience working in agile, startup, or rapidly evolving environments with strong ownership and adaptability.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
