  • Define success metrics, measure feature adoption and business impact, and use insights to guide future roadmap decisions.
  • Support change management and enablement activities to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities.
  • Build strong relationships with business partners by maintaining transparent communication around progress, risks, and delivery expectations.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with experience supporting enterprise platforms, agile delivery environments, and business-critical systems. You should be comfortable working across technical and business teams while using data and customer insights to guide decisions.

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years working with enterprise go-to-market tools or platform products.
  • Experience managing products related to CRM, Salesforce, sales operations, revenue operations, or marketing operations.
  • Demonstrated experience working within agile frameworks, including cross-team planning and coordination.

  • Experience creating detailed product requirements, business cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and build recommendations based on business insights.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce platforms, including Salesforce administration, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CPQ solutions.
