This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a D365 Operations Lead based in India.

This role offers the opportunity to lead enterprise transformation initiatives through Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
You will drive improvements across supply chain, warehouse operations, inventory management, and business processes.

Accountabilities:

The D365 Operations Lead will oversee the delivery, optimization, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions. The role involves partnering with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful implementations and operational excellence through the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions across enterprise environments.
  • Design and deploy Advanced Warehouse Management processes to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and operational productivity.
  • Gather business requirements and translate operational needs into scalable D365 functional solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Configure and support supply chain modules including procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, production, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams to deliver successful implementations and maximize system adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain workflows, warehouse processes, and operational performance.
  • Support data migration, system integrations, testing activities, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
  • Provide functional troubleshooting, post-implementation support, and guidance to maintain system reliability.
  • Create documentation, deliver training sessions, and promote best practices for Dynamics 365 operations.
  • Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements to support business growth and operational standards.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced Dynamics 365 professional with strong supply chain expertise and the ability to manage complex enterprise transformation projects. Key qualifications and skills include:

  • 6+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Advanced Warehouse Management.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes including inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, logistics, and production workflows.
  • Experience translating business requirements into effective D365 functional solutions.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end implementation activities, including configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse optimization, inventory control, and operational improvement methodologies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in enterprise technology transformation projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven mindset with strong ownership, leadership abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement.
