- Remove engines, transmissions, differentials, body panels, suspension components, and other valuable assemblies
- Identify, inspect, and document parts for resale
- Operate vehicle lifts, hoists, and shop equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a team focused on safety, quality, and productivity
- Automotive repair, dismantling, salvage yard, collision repair, or mechanical experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and shop equipment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Own basic mechanic tools
- Forklift experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate
