  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage strategic consulting and technology partners to strengthen market presence and delivery capabilities.
  • Build and maintain joint business plans with key partners, conducting regular business reviews and performance assessments to ensure mutual growth.
  • Drive pipeline generation through joint account planning, co-marketing activities, opportunity registration programs, and partner-led sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Marketing, Solution Consulting, and Services teams to accelerate deal cycles and maximize customer success.
  • Enable internal teams by educating stakeholders on partner capabilities, industry expertise, and engagement models.
  • Monitor partner performance through metrics related to certifications, customer adoption, expansion opportunities, engagement quality, and operational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate executive-level alignment through territory planning, pipeline reviews, and strategic partner engagement initiatives.
  • Support and influence partner sales pursuits while fostering strong long-term relationships with key ecosystem stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in alliance management, partner sales, business development, technology sales, or ecosystem consulting services.
  • Proven success in recruiting, developing, and scaling partnerships between system integrators and B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Strong understanding of partner go-to-market strategies, enablement programs, incentive structures, and partnership success metrics.
  • Previous experience within Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or related domains is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex global partnerships and operate autonomously in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and executive teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving partner-influenced or partner-led revenue opportunities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and external executives effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced, and evolving startup environments.
  • Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Benefits
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility and autonomy.
  • Opportunity to join a rapidly growing, venture-backed SaaS organization with global exposure.
  • Collaborative and transparent company culture that encourages innovation and idea-sharing.
  • High-impact role with significant ownership over partnership strategy and execution.
  • Exposure to cross-functional leadership teams and strategic business initiatives.
  • Professional growth opportunities within a fast-scaling international organization.
  • Inclusive and customer-centric culture focused on continuous learning and development.
