Job Description
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE(S) OF POSITION
Perform duties to test product to ensure conformance with customer requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3. Promote safety, environmental responsibility and continuous quality improvement in accordance with
company policies.
4. Complies with all the policies and procedures set forth in the Company Handbook.
5. Operate various saws to section samples for testing.
6. Prepare hardness, macro and other test samples per prescribed specifications and work instructions.
7. Perform minor equipment maintenance and calibration such as changing cutting wheels and saw blades,
maintaining coolant levels, oil and lubricate equipment and request repair services as needed.
8. Perform duties to operate CNC equipment, monitor operation, adjust feed and speed and replace tools as
necessary.
9. Verify sample dimensions to prescribed specifications.
10. Follow all machine specific and job specific work instructions.
11. Use CNC machine, hardness test equipment, calibration test bars, scale, hand cart, hoist, air hose, hardness
optical scope, wet abrasive cutoff and band saw, metallographic mounting press, power belt sander, acid tank,
metallographic polishing wheel and hand tools.
12. Performs other duties and responsibilities as apparent and/or assigned.
