Job Description

Firestorm is looking for a Field Service Representative (FSR), xCell who will support U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) operations including U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) and INDOPACOM-region partner-nation pursuits. You will provide responsive deployment capability from the Pacific Northwest, deliver New Equipment Training (NET) sessions, and serve as the first point of human contact for customer-surfaced technical issues on xCell systems. This is an on-call, customer-facing role with INDOPACOM tempo. Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-call deployment capability from the Pacific Northwest to U.S. INDOPACOM-area customer sites.
  • Deliver NET sessions on xCell systems as instructor or assistant instructor.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair xCell systems in the field within the Tier 1 / Tier 2 playbook; escalate to Senior FSR / Tech Lead as needed.
  • Log every field-surfaced event in the VOC Field Capture Form within 24 hours per the published SLA.
  • Maintain the regional field tool kit, parts inventory, and field-deployable test fixture.
  • Build and sustain working relationships with INDOPACOM-area customers including USFK partner units when contracts support.
  • Perform other duties as needed
Required qualifications
  • Associates degree or Trade School Certificate in Engineering or equivalent discipline. In lieu of degree/certificate a High School diploma/GED or military service with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR regulations & the ability to maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
  • Active Secret clearance at hire required.
  • 3+ years field service experience on industrial, additive manufacturing, or military hardware platforms.
  • HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) certification, required to obtain within first 90 days post-hire.
  • Current U.S. passport at hire.
Preferred qualifications
  • Prior U.S. military service in a maintenance MOS; Pacific Air Forces (PACAF), 8th Army, or III Marine Expeditionary Force (III MEF) experience preferred.
  • Top Secret eligibility.
  • Pacific-region customer-facing experience.
  • Familiarity with ITAR shipping documentation and HAZMAT protocols for Pacific routes.

  • Willingness and ability to travel 40–60% of the time; on-call for U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) responsiveness; CONUS and OCONUS as required
Compensation
  • Base salary: $95,000 - $110,000 base, commensurate with experience
  • Equity: Meaningful equity grant in a growth-stage defense technology company
