Care Coordinator, Clinic in Thibodaux, Louisiana at Thibodaux Regional Health System

Responsible for coordination of all patient needs for biologic and infusion medication management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational and/or Professional Qualifications:

Graduate of a LPN school of nursing required

Previous Experience:

• Minimum of three years of experience in a health care setting required.
• Knowledge of coordination of medication management and reimbursement and regulatory

Licensure, Certification, Registration, etc.:

Current licensure LPN in the State of Louisiana required.
