Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary:
Provide support in key areas of customer service and clerical assistance for the office. Duties include: answering phones & returning calls to students and parents, retrieving phone messages from voice mail, greeting visitors to the office and answering general financial aid questions for students and parents.
Requirements:
  • Only eligible FEDERAL Work-Study students may apply.
  • Wear appropriate attire for office setting.
  • Arrive on/time for shift schedule and obtain a replacement from other office Peers if unable to work a shift.
Additional Information:
  • Hours Available: Shifts are available any time from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
  • Able to work during fall, winter and spring breaks preferred but not required.
  • Available to work for Admitted Prospective Student Candidate Day.
  • Discreet confidentiality a must.
