This role sits at the center of a global audit and compliance ecosystem, responsible for shaping and scaling the network of audit firms that enable customers to achieve trusted certifications and maintain continuous compliance. You will lead high-impact relationships with strategic audit partners while expanding and diversifying the partner ecosystem across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments. The position combines deep audit industry expertise with strategic partnership leadership and business development. You will also manage a distributed team spanning the US, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance across all regions. This is a highly visible leadership role where your work directly influences customer trust, audit quality, and global scalability. You will play a key role in defining how audit partnerships evolve as part of a fast-growing, international platform. The environment is dynamic, cross-functional, and deeply collaborative, with a strong focus on operational excellence and long-term partner success.
- Own, grow, and manage relationships with existing audit partners across all customer segments, ensuring high-quality audit experiences and long-term strategic alignment.
- Expand and diversify the audit partner network by identifying, onboarding, and activating new firms while reducing concentration risk across regions and segments.
- Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of Audit Partnership Managers across the US, EMEA, and APAC, including performance management and goal setting.
- Define and refine partner engagement models, including external communications, joint business reviews, and structured relationship governance.
- Drive international expansion of the audit partner ecosystem, adapting strategies to regional market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with go-to-market, partner operations, and leadership teams to align partnership strategy with broader business objectives.
- Establish scalable operating rhythms, quality standards, and partner health frameworks to ensure consistent execution and measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in audit, compliance, consulting, or partner management roles, with strong preference for a Big 4 or mid-market audit background.
- 3+ years of people management experience, including leading distributed or global teams.
- Proven success in managing and growing external partner ecosystems or large-scale client relationships.
- Strong understanding of audit frameworks, compliance standards, and the broader assurance ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to combine technical audit expertise with commercial and partnership-driven thinking.
- Experience building scalable programs, reducing operational or partner risk, and improving partner quality outcomes.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-scaling, and evolving environments.
- Preferred: experience in international expansion or managing multi-region partner networks.
- Openness to using AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
