  • Collaborate cross-functionally with go-to-market, partner operations, and leadership teams to align partnership strategy with broader business objectives.
  • Establish scalable operating rhythms, quality standards, and partner health frameworks to ensure consistent execution and measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in audit, compliance, consulting, or partner management roles, with strong preference for a Big 4 or mid-market audit background.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including leading distributed or global teams.
  • Proven success in managing and growing external partner ecosystems or large-scale client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of audit frameworks, compliance standards, and the broader assurance ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to combine technical audit expertise with commercial and partnership-driven thinking.
  • Experience building scalable programs, reducing operational or partner risk, and improving partner quality outcomes.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-scaling, and evolving environments.
  • Preferred: experience in international expansion or managing multi-region partner networks.
  • Openness to using AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package with base salary between 222,000 and 261,000 USD, plus equity.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with full or partial premium support depending on plan.
  • 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all new parents.
  • Flexible remote work environment across the United States.
  • Health, wellness, and remote workspace stipends (internet, phone, and home office support).
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching and immediate vesting.
  • Flexible PTO policy, plus dedicated sick leave and paid company holidays.
  • Family planning support and additional employee wellbeing programs.
