This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on shaping the next generation of an AI-native CRM platform designed for modern go-to-market teams. You will own critical parts of the product experience, translating complex technical systems into intuitive, scalable, and high-performing user workflows. The role blends strategic product vision with hands-on execution, requiring deep collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. You will operate in a fast-paced environment where decisions are driven by a mix of data, intuition, and customer insight. This is an opportunity to work on foundational product systems, influence long-term architecture, and help redefine how teams manage relationships and automate their workflows at scale.
- Own and drive core areas of the product, contributing directly to overall product strategy and roadmap direction.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to design scalable, flexible, and intuitive systems that balance usability with technical depth.
- Translate complex technical architecture, including data models, APIs, and system performance considerations, into clear product decisions.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities where AI can meaningfully enhance core user workflows and product capabilities.
- Define and track product metrics and signals that inform strategic decisions and measure customer value.
- Anticipate long-term architectural needs and contribute to the evolution of scalable platform foundations.
- Champion simplicity, usability, and technical excellence across product development to ensure long-term maintainability.
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver cohesive and high-quality user experiences.
- Continuously improve product workflows by identifying friction points and designing elegant, scalable solutions.
- Ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience aligned with product vision and brand standards.
- Proven experience owning and delivering complex product areas, platforms, or core system infrastructure in a high-performing product environment.
- Strong background in building and shipping foundational systems, platforms, or technical products at scale.
- Deep understanding of system design, data models, APIs, and architectural trade-offs.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to break down complex technical and product problems into structured solutions.
- Excellent product intuition with a track record of translating technical complexity into simple, user-centric experiences.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and making decisions with incomplete information.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to guide product direction.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments with a strong founder mentality.
