This role sits at the intersection of networking, test engineering, and automation, focused on validating complex hardware and software solutions in advanced lab environments. You will design, execute, and optimize test strategies to ensure high-quality network performance across diverse technologies and use cases. The position involves working independently on moderately complex to highly complex problems, with minimal supervision and strong ownership of outcomes. You will collaborate closely with vendors, engineers, and cross-functional teams to improve product readiness and reliability. A strong emphasis is placed on automation, debugging, and continuous improvement of testing frameworks. Design, execute, and optimize network testing processes while ensuring accuracy, automation, and reliability across hardware and software validation activities.
• Develop and execute test plans, including operator-level and system-level validation strategies
• Configure and operate lab-based testing tools, hardware, and software environments
• Automate manual test cases into scalable and efficient test suites
• Perform debugging, triage, and root cause analysis of hardware, software, and platform issues
• Validate wireless protocols and network performance across multiple scenarios
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to improve product quality and readiness
• Document test results, identify issues, and ensure traceability of requirements
• Support lab trials and ensure accurate execution of testing methodologies

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5–8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of network test methodologies and validation processes
• Experience in test automation and converting manual test cases into automated frameworks
• Proficiency or working knowledge of programming/scripting languages
• Knowledge of wireless technologies including WiFi, Bluetooth, and cellular systems
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts (normalized and denormalized structures)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Experience in application development or distributed systems is a plus
• Exposure to cloud-based distributed environments is an advantage
