You will define and execute high-impact AI initiatives that transform complex enterprise workflows into intelligent, data-driven experiences. Working closely with engineering, data science, and design teams, you will translate advanced AI technologies into scalable, customer-facing solutions. The role combines strategic product leadership with deep technical understanding of machine learning, LLMs, and intelligent automation. You will own the AI product roadmap, from ideation through launch and continuous optimization. Operating in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, you will play a key role in shaping how AI delivers measurable business value at scale. This is a high-visibility position with significant influence on product direction and organizational AI maturity.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the AI product strategy by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to build a clear roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Identify new opportunities for AI-driven innovation through market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features, including requirements definition, user stories, success metrics, and go-to-market execution.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions integrated into enterprise workflows.
  • Own and evolve foundational AI capabilities used across multiple product lines, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Drive experimentation and data-informed decision-making by tracking model performance, user outcomes, and system efficiency metrics.
  • Evangelize AI initiatives across the organization, influencing stakeholders and promoting adoption of AI-first thinking.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on AI/ML-powered products or platforms.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling AI-driven products from concept to commercialization.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, AI product development, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with OCR systems, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and enterprise automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of modern AI architectures, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision-Language Models (VLMs), and generative AI workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical and data insights into clear product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior and cross-functional audiences.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong execution mindset.
  • Preferred: experience working with ML engineers and data scientists, and exposure to RAG, prompt engineering, or model optimization techniques.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $155,000 to $170,000, depending on experience and location.
  • Remote and flexible work arrangements supporting work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive health coverage, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching up to 4%.
  • Generous paid time off, including holidays, floating days, and tenure-based increases.
  • Wellness support, including gym membership subsidies.
  • Family-friendly benefits such as parental leave, pet insurance, and education savings plans.
  • Employee assistance programs and volunteering days to support personal well-being and community engagement.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies in a globally recognized enterprise software environment.
