You will join a fast-scaling digital healthcare environment where performance marketing plays a critical role in driving patient acquisition and business growth. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will build and optimize paid media channels from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on measurable results and rapid experimentation. You will take ownership of paid social, paid search, CRM, and CRO initiatives, shaping how digital acquisition is scaled in a new market. The role requires strong analytical capability, creativity in campaign development, and a deep understanding of performance marketing mechanics. You will collaborate closely with growth, product, and clinical teams to ensure alignment across messaging, compliance, and conversion strategy. This is a high-impact opportunity for a marketer who thrives in testing, iterating, and scaling performance channels in a data-driven environment.
- Build and scale paid social acquisition channels from the ground up, with initial focus on Meta and expansion into TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms based on performance.
- Own and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword strategy, bidding structures, ad copy development, and budget efficiency improvements.
- Design and execute structured experimentation frameworks across paid media, CRM, and conversion funnels to improve acquisition and retention performance.
- Manage CRM campaigns and automation workflows to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value across customer segments.
- Oversee performance reporting using GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools to monitor CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Identify performance gaps and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign outcomes and scaling potential.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, product, SEO, CRO, and clinical teams to ensure alignment of messaging, timing, and compliance requirements.
- Extensive hands-on experience in performance marketing, with strong expertise in paid social and paid search channel management.
- Proven ability to build and scale campaigns from early-stage or low-volume environments into high-performing acquisition engines.
- Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4, with experience using data to drive optimization decisions.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Braze or similar tools, as well as reporting tools like Looker Studio (or equivalent).
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured, test-and-learn approach to marketing optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment.
- Understanding of the Australian digital marketing landscape is highly valued.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries is a plus but not mandatory, with awareness of compliance considerations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional, remote teams.
- Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 + superannuation.
- Fully remote working arrangement.
- 33 days of annual leave (including bank holidays) plus additional leave entitlement after 2 years of service.
- Extra paid day off for your birthday.
- Company share scheme for eligible employees.
- Enhanced maternity and paternity leave policies.
- Performance-based bonus incentive scheme.
- Opportunity to build and scale paid media channels in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
- Clear progression pathway toward a Growth Manager role as the team expands in Australia.
