What You’ll Do (and Love Doing):
- Master Compliance & Ethics: Stay ahead of state regulations and the Fair Credit Reporting Act while upholding the highest standards of integrity.
- Structure Winning Deals: Review and optimize every deal to align perfectly with lender guidelines and dealership goals.
- Build Powerful Relationships: Maintain rock-solid lender partnerships and keep customer information strictly confidential.
- Drive Strategy with Data: Analyze sales reports, market trends, and performance metrics to craft smart, results-focused sales strategies.
- Close the Deal Every Time: Ensure accurate deal booking, prepare flawless credit applications, and collaborate with the Sales team to restructure and revive declined deals.
- Optimize Lender Programs: Evaluate and strengthen our lender relationships to unlock the best rates and programs for our customers.
- Track, Measure, and Improve: Monitor department performance daily and quickly identify opportunities to raise the bar.
- Get Creative with Marketing: Design and launch eye-catching advertising for our special finance programs.
- Show Up Ready to Win: Maintain a professional presence and actively participate in sales meetings to keep the entire team aligned and motivated.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or 1-4 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, financial reports, legal documents, and technical procedures. Capable of writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, and effectively presenting information to managers, clients, and customers.
- Proficient in calculating discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and applying basic algebra and geometry concepts. Ability to work with probability, statistical inference, and practical applications of fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex instructions, define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions. Capable of applying logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
- Valid State Sales License and Driver’s License required.
