This is a strategic leadership opportunity within a global Media Operations environment, where you will oversee teams, clients, projects, and a diverse portfolio of business. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, connecting media strategy with business objectives and growth opportunities. The role combines people leadership, client management, campaign strategy, and operational excellence across paid media channels. You will help shape best practices across Programmatic, Search, Social, Retail Media, and other relevant platforms. You will also serve as a subject matter expert for complex media and platform challenges. Working with multidisciplinary and international teams, you will have significant influence on both client outcomes and team development.

• Lead, mentor, and develop Media Operations professionals, supporting career progression, performance, and capability building.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders, serving as a strategic and operational point of contact.
• Guide the strategy, architecture, and execution of paid media campaigns across Programmatic, Search, Social, Retail Media, and other relevant channels.
• Manage priorities, resources, timelines, and deliverables across a portfolio of clients and projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to SLAs.
• Oversee media activation quality, including budgets, pacing, targeting, segmentation, trafficking, tagging, and other critical elements of campaign execution.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex operational and strategic challenges, identifying root causes and developing effective solutions.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion, upselling, new projects, and pitches, contributing to client growth and broader business development.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Investment, Analytics, AdTech, Solutions Engineering, Growth, and other specialist teams to develop integrated solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Media Operations, sharing knowledge, establishing best practices, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate confidently with international clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong professional experience in digital media activation, management, and strategy across channels such as Programmatic, Search, Social, Retail Media, or similar.
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of at least one major paid media platform, combined with intermediate knowledge of other relevant platforms.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams, with a strong focus on performance and professional growth.
• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and senior stakeholders in a consultative capacity.
• Experience managing multiple clients and diverse portfolios simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and business needs.
• Strong strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to connect media decisions to broader business objectives and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex challenges, interpret data, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong autonomy, ownership, prioritization, and decision-making skills, particularly in complex and fast-moving environments.
