Preferred Qualifications
- NAC (Nursing Assistant Certified) or HCA
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Bloodborne Pathogens & HIV/AIDS Training
- Food Handler’s Permit
- Basic/Modified Caregiving, Dementia, & Mental Health Training
- Required nurse delegation and nurse diabetes certificates
- Ability to read and understand medication instructions and documentation
- Must successfully complete required background checks and employment requirements.
We’ll help HCAs get their CNA certification and reimburse annual licensing costs!

Requirements:- Must be able to read, understand, and accurately follow medication instructions and resident care plans.
- Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and medication safety.
- Must have reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be willing to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be compassionate, respectful, patient, and professional when working with residents.
- Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position, including assisting residents with ADLs and responding to resident needs.
- Previous caregiving/ Med Tech Assisted Living, or Memory Care experience preferred
- Must be able to read, understand, and accurately follow medication instructions and resident care plans.
