Marketing Intern in Lakewood, Ohio at FMHC

The Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting the Marketing department with various tasks required to support the company’s mission of providing quality services to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supports marketing department by working on projects; assists with assigned tasks across the entire department including event support, website updating, campaign support.
2. Assist marketing team with various projects to support lines of business; such as: market assessment, competitive reports, campaign analytics.
3. Assists with general activities including but not limited to tracking invoices, managing supplies and promotional products inventory.
4. Performs other duties as assigned which may include any task required to support the company’s mission of providing quality financial services to our customers.
5. Other duties as required.

Technical Expertise

1. Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required.

Education and Experience

1. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required; working towards Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related focus; obtained Junior year standing.
2. Certification: None.
3. Years of experience: 0 to 2 years is required.
4. Years of experience supervising: None.

Physical Environment

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift, walk, stand, sit, bend, reach with hands and arms, climb, push/pull, use hands, and see, hear and speak.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
• This position is performed in a hybrid office setting, three-five days a week with typical work hours being 8.30a through 5.15p.
