What You'll Be Doing

Chairside & Clinical

Partner with our doctors during restorative and preventive procedures, including crown and bridge and implant cases

Set up operatories for pediatric and sedation appointments

Capture high-quality digital X-rays (bitewings, PAs, occlusals, panoramic)

Prepare materials: impressions, cements, composites, sealants

Monitor nitrous oxide/sedation and support emergency and urgent care visits

Build genuine, trust-based relationships with patients and their families

Deliver clear, confident post-op guidance to parents

Keep sterilization and OSHA protocols locked in, every time

Team Culture

Keep instrument turnover moving in a fast-paced schedule

Collaborate seamlessly with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and front desk

What You Bring
4+ years of dental assisting experience

X-ray certification (VA)

Solid knowledge of dental procedures, plus nitrous oxide and pre/post-op protocols

A calm, positive touch for managing patient behavior

CPR certification

Sharp multitasking skills and clear communication

Digital radiography/scanning experience (a plus)

Reliability, punctuality, and true team spirit
