Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining and food preparation spaces.
• Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Follow food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all products served.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or café is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus for managing transactions effectively.
• Knowledge of cash register operations and basic cash handling procedures.
• Ability to sanitize work areas regularly and adhere to health regulations.
• Experience with food handling practices is beneficial for maintaining quality standards.
• Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
