Friday Workforce Solutions is hiring for a Kayak Pre-Rigger on behalf of our client in Fletcher, NC!

Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work? Were looking for dependable team members to join a leading U.S. kayak manufacturer. In this role, youll use power tools and assist with preparing kayaks for the next stages of production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Position: Kayak Pre-Rigger

• Location: Fletcher, NC 28732

• Pay: $19.00/hour

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:00 AM

• Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

• Use power tools to prepare kayaks for assembly and production

• Follow work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy

• Move and position materials throughout the production process

• Perform general production and manufacturing duties as assigned

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

• Experience using power tools required

• Previous manufacturing or technical experience preferred

• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds as needed

• Basic computer skills

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Positive attitude and ability to work well on a team

• High school diploma or GED preferred
